Leading the way is Royal Caribbean China, whose range of cruise itineraries start in the country, offering the chance to discover its many charms and sail farther afield into eastern Asia.
If you have clients looking to celebrate Chinese New Year in 2027, then Royal Caribbean China’s home port of Shanghai is one of the best places in the country to witness the festivities. Suggest arriving a day or two early so clients can really immerse themselves in the celebrations, which include the vibrant Lantern Festival in Yu Garden, where luminous lanterns represent the 12 animals of the Chinese zodiac. But even if your clients aren’t planning to visit during Chinese New Year, there’s plenty to see in the city, from enjoying waterside views along The Bund to admiring Shanghai from up high atop The Stage Magnolia Observation Deck.
When it’s time to leave Shanghai, Royal Caribbean China offers a mix of itineraries to pique all clients’ interests, whisking them to various memorable destinations across Japan and South Korea.
