Travelsphere and Just You extend contact centre opening hours

Escorted touring brands Travelsphere and Just You have extended the opening hours for their joint contact centre.

The centre is now permanently open for seven days a week, with new Sunday hours from 10am-4pm.

The G Touring sister brands said the change follows a trial period during the peaks booking window and has been implemented following “direct feedback” from travel agents.

Tom Morgan, trade sales director at Travelsphere and Just You, said: “We’ve made this change because it’s what agents have been asking for.

“Opening every Sunday gives the trade more flexibility, especially during busy periods, and this is a practical step to make working with us easier.

“It is an important move for both our partners and teams, and one that reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting agents in a way that genuinely fits around how they do business today.”

The contact centre handles reservations, answers booking queries and processes payments for trade customers.

A dedicated trade number, 01858 415210, was introduced earlier this year.
