Jet2 has configured an aircraft in dedicated business class layout to be offered for VIP executive charter flights.
The Boeing 737-800NG, normally configured in a 189-seat layout, will offer 76 business class seats with a minimum of 43 inches of legroom.
Charter customers will benefit from upgraded catering which can be tailored to specific needs.
The aircraft is available to book now for travel from October 2026 until May 2027.
The initiative has come in response to demand from the airline’s growing customer base, particularly clients requiring privacy, comfort, flexibility and an elevated travel experience, according to the airline.
Jet2 head of charter and airline sales Trevor Caplis said: “This is an incredibly exciting development, both for Jet2 and for our charter customers.
“The bespoke configuration of one of our Boeing 737-800NG aircraft so that it features a dedicated business class specification is a genuine game changer and we expect it to be popular with our sports, music, entertainment and specialist group customers.
“As a result of this brand-new product, our charter customers can now enjoy all the usual operational and cost-effective benefits of Jet2, but with the added benefit of a premium charter product too.”
