Youth travel company STA Travel is offering almost 100 return flights to Bangkok for £49 each in a flash sale next week.
The limited number of bargain fares will only be on sale on a first come, first serve basis at the company’s stores in London Victoria and Birmingham from 9am on April 28.
The first 49 people in line at each location will be able to secure the £49 fares. Only one £49 fare will be able to be bought per person with no option to buy via telephone or online.
An additional 49 return tickets to Bangkok will be available for £299 at the London Victoria and Birmingham stores, which will be able to be booked with a £49 deposit.
Accommodation offers in Thailand will include up to half price accommodation. Prices start at £23 per person for three nights in Bangkok, from £73 for seven nights in Phuket, and from £95 for seven nights’ in Koh Samui.
STA Travel UK country manager, Tim Fryer, said: “We are really excited to be able to bring these amazing fares to our customers, and expect demand will be extremely high so get in line to snap them up.
“Last year, when we unveiled £75 fares to New Zealand, there were people queuing around the block for two nights.”
