The Travel Network Group is to host a second seminar for members on the topic of how to sell short breaks in the UK.
The event will take place in London on June 4.
Vim Vithaldas, the group’s chief commercial officer, said: “The UK short breaks market offers great potential for our members and gives them an opportunity to achieve additional income.
“Feedback from members who joined us in Birmingham was that the event really helped them gain a greater insight into the UK short breaks market and motivate them to get more active in this growing market space.”
He said 40% of Brits take a second break in a year which is a UK sort break and we want members to gain a greater share.
Business Partners attending the seminar are: Premier Holidays, Super Break and Cruise and Maritime Voyages.
The event will take place at The Balthazar Restaurant in London’s Covent Garden.
Other ‘How To’ events also scheduled to take place over the coming months will focus on ancillaries, touring, luxury, and getting ready for peaks.
