Aspire relaunches with fresh look and content

Revamp of luxury travel magazine includes longer features, city guides, restaurant advice, more reviews and a bright new look

Travel Weekly’s luxury sister title Aspire has relaunched following a significant redesign.

The new-look magazine, which is eight years old, includes new city-focused features, longer destination articles and more analysis of the luxury travel sector.

The Aspire team has spent the past year asking readers for feedback to ensure the magazine delivers everything required.

While the most obvious change is the magazine’s size – moving away from the previous square shape to a more traditional portrait format – the bumper 136-page relaunch issue has been redesigned in its entirety to have a more modern and slicker feel.aspire-thumb-2

The quarterly magazine will highlight emerging luxury destinations as well as offering more city inspiration with the introduction of guides aimed at featuring new product and commission opportunities. Editor Hollie-Rae Brader said: “I’m delighted to launch the new‑look Aspire, the leading title for agents selling luxury travel.

“From speaking to our readers – both agents and suppliers – it was clear that they already enjoyed the content we deliver, but they wanted more of it. “As a result, we’re increasing the length of our destination features to ensure we can delve deeper into the heart of a destination to better convey its culture and heritage.

“We’re also looking further afield to ensure we highlight more niche and emerging high-end destinations.

“A number of agents said they also share Aspire with their clients after they’ve read it – using it as a coffee table magazine to inspire customers. I believe the new design and content will encourage this further.”
