Injuries reported following Thailand bombing

Many people have reportedly been injured after twin blasts rocked a coastal town in Thailand.

The explosions hit a department store in in Muang district of Pattani province on Tuesday.

The first bomb exploded inside the Big C hypermarket.

Another bomb went off as people were leaving the building.

Unconfirmed reports by Isra News Centre’s southern bureau said about 20 people were injured.

The Foreign and Commonwealth Office advises against all but essential travel to the provinces of Pattani, Yala, Narathiwat and Songkhla on the Thai-Malaysia border.
