Regent Seven Seas Cruises targets agents with webinars

Agents are being offered skills by Regent Seven Seas Cruises to earn “some of the highest commissions in the industry”.

The claim was made as the luxury line unveiled three trade webinars.

Each 20-minute session — Where to Find Regent Guests, Segmentation Insights and Data-Driven Marketing Tacticswill include actionable tools, tactics and tips backed by a “robust” customer segmentation study. 

The research, which mapped psychographic and behavioural factors of luxury cruise passengers and prospects through quantitative and qualitative data points, will be exclusive to agents via the webinars.

Attendees will also gain access to post-webinar tutorials hosted by the line’s in-house marketing experts, offering additional support in maximising marketing efforts, providing insights on direct mail and database maximisation, email marketing, digital prospecting, social, video and event strategies.

Agents will be given a special offer to utilise along with the insight gained following the final webinar.

The first is on October 18, followed by October 25 and November 1, all at 9.30am.

Those who attend all three webinars and take a post-series survey will have the opportunity to win a cruise to sail on Seven Seas Explorer with a gueston a 2023 Alaska cruise.

 The webinars are being g hosted by marketing vice president Caroline Smith and UK senior sales director Paul Beale.

Smith said:  “Our research shows that, with demand for luxury cruising such as it is, there is an incredible opportunity for the UK travel trade to earn more today.”

Beale added: “As we look towards 2023 and beyond, these webinars are just the start of what will be a full programme of investment and support for our valued travel partners.
