Holidaysplease takes on Louise Baxendell as recruitment executive

Homeworking agency Holidaysplease has taken on Louise Baxendell as recruitment executive in an expanded role to help the company find new agents.

Baxendell has previously held recruitment and new business roles at Global Travel Group and Not Just Travel.

She has also worked as a travel agent herself, specialising in luxury holidays.

Richard Dixon, Holidaysplease co-founder and director, said: “We have an overflowing pool of luxury, high-end leads which are generated from our in-house IT systems and we need experienced agents looking to start their own business to join us and reap the rewards of these leads.

“With her travel industry experience and track record of success, Louise is the right person to find these agents and grow our multi-award-winning homeworking team.”

Baxendell said: “The ethos of the company is hugely impressive, and combined with excellent IT systems, support, and commission levels, it is not a surprise that many of the agents have remained with the business for many years.

“Holidaysplease is a perfect fit for any established agent looking to build a rewarding homeworking business.”

She added: “Whilst we continue to grow the Holidaysplease homeworking team, our primary focus remains on the productivity and success of each of our agents rather than just homeworker numbers.

“But with the enquiries we are receiving and booking levels at an all-time high, we are keen to ensure that new agents don’t miss out on the opportunity in the market right now.”

The agency has 98 agents and is targeting about 110 by the end of March.
