The top 12 sellers from the Vertical Travel Group homeworking brands – Your Holiday Booking and Holiday Elite – were hosted on a ‘reward’ trip to Fuerteventura.
The four-night break at Secrets Bahia Real Resort in Corralejo was organised by sales manager Suzanne Brunt and supported by AMR and Gold Medal.
Experiences included a trip to Lanzarote and an exclusive catamaran excursion.
The agents were Jayne Chapman, Sian Jones, Maria Phillips, Heather Cunningham, Vicky Monkhouse, Neil Bonner, Jo Boden, Antonia Simcock, Kevin Wilson, Bev Barron, Pauline Ramsay and Donna Hunt.
Brunt said: “Our agents continue to amaze us with their hard work and determination, and we wanted to reward our top sellers with something special.
“This year, more than ever, we wanted to recognise the achievements of our agents and to acknowledge our top sellers’ strength and determination during the pandemic – as is also recognised with all of our agents.
“Travel is most definitely back, and all our agents are certainly making the most of it.
“Plans are already under way for our 2023 reward trip.”
She said the agents who attended have combined sales of more than £14 million, adding: “Events like this are so important to show our appreciation and, since returning, people are asking – even those who did not even attend – where they are on the sales board, ready for next year’s trip.
“There is a lot of excitement within our business, with many agents commenting on the volume of enquiries they are receiving and there really is a buzz in the air.
“Our marketing team is holding a selection of open forum webinar calls where they will showcase our offering to them for communicating with their customers during the festive season and our peaks offering.”
