Exsus Travel hires trade-facing North America specialist

Exsus Travel has hired North America travel expert Bradley Roper as worldwide travel expert.

The operator says the appointment means its trade-facing destination experts team is “growing to a similar level” as pre-Covid.

Exsus reported a “big growth in enquiries and bookings” in recent weeks with a spokeswoman confirming “most of our enquiries are coming from the trade”.

Roper, previously of the Inspiring Travel Company (ITC) and Kuoni, is focused on the US and Canada.

He said: “I’m very excited to be joining such a prestigious tour operator as Exsus and working alongside their talented team of experts.

“I’ve been very fortunate to have travelled far and wide, but I’m best known for my knowledge of the unspoilt wildernesses of rural North America and its ranches. For me, the adventure begins where the road ends, and I look forward to sharing my enthusiasm for wildlife, the great outdoors, and waking up in your own log cabin.”

Neil Sealy, head of trade sales at Exsus Travel, said: “Bradley brings with him a wealth of experience creating tailor-made holidays across US and Canada, among other destinations, making him a perfect addition to the knowledgeable team at Exsus Travel.

“I have personally enjoyed talking to him about the variety of ranches, of which he has a phenomenal amount of first-hand knowledge, and the remote stretches of the Yukon, where he has also travelled extensively.”
