Premier Holidays has appointed Dominic Carrick as head of trade sales, starting today (May 18).
The operator said his recruitment reinforces “its commitment to a trade-first strategy as the business celebrates its 90th anniversary”.
“This newly created, dedicated sales role underlines the importance Premier Holidays places on its agent partners, ensuring continued focus on driving sales performance, deepening relationships and delivering meaningful support across the trade,” it said in a statement.
Most recently he was trade distribution manager at easyJet holidays, where he led key account strategy, delivered significant year-on-year growth and developed high-impact engagement campaigns.
Before easyJet holidays, he spent more than a decade at If Only, progressing to head of sales.
Premier Holidays said he is “well-known and highly respected” across the UK and Irish travel industry and recognised for his “collaborative approach, strong relationship management and ability to deliver sustained commercial growth”.

His appointment follows the announcement that sales and marketing director Debbie Goffin will take phased early retirement this summer, after 26 years with the business. She will remain closely involved over the coming weeks to support a smooth transition.
Carrick said: “It’s a huge privilege to step into this newly created role at such a transformative time for Premier Holidays and I am excited to join the team.
“Having spent my career championing the trade, I am passionate about delivering strategies that drive real commercial growth for our partners.
“I look forward to leading the trade sales team and continuing to evolve our trade-first approach, bringing fresh energy and ideas to our engagement campaigns and ensuring our agent partners remain at the very heart of everything we do.”
Premier Holidays said his appointment also follows a strengthening of its wider leadership structure.
Sara Park was promoted to head of marketing in October 2025 and Clare Crowson stepped into the role of senior partnership manager in January.
Managing director Niki Waters said: “We are absolutely delighted to welcome Dom to Premier Holidays. His experience, energy and strong industry relationships make him a fantastic addition to the team.
“Creating a dedicated head of trade sales role is a clear statement of our commitment to the trade.
“Our agent partners are at the heart of everything we do, and this investment ensures we continue to support them with focus, expertise and ambition as we move into an exciting new chapter for the business.”
