All-inclusive resort operator Club Med has outlined its ambition double in size by 2023, following record results in 2025.
The French company said it delivered a “strong performance” in 2025, with business volume exceeding €2.2 billion, up 4%; more than 1.4 million clients; and “solid profitability”, in line with the previous two years.
It described 2025 as a “landmark” year for Club Med, marked by a “dynamic first half and a resilient second half”, helping it reach a record business volume and resort operating income.
“Strong momentum was recorded in emerging regions, particularly South America and EMEA, demonstrating the agility of the brand’s premium model in an uncertain global environment,” said its results statement.
Stéphane Maquaire, chief executive, said Club Med is now entering a new chapter following its strategy over recent years of developing more premium resorts.
“Today, we have strong foundations in place to embark on a new phase in our history, focused on accelerating our growth, continuously enhancing the experience across all our resorts, and strengthening our leadership in the premium all-inclusive segment,” he said.
“Our ambition is clear and bold: to redefine our leadership, which will involve doubling our size by 2035 and welcoming 2.6 million guests across 100 Premium Resorts worldwide.”

Club Med operates 61 ‘Premium Resorts’ across 25 countries, and said growth remained “solid” across all segments.
It saw an increase in 2025 of almost 10% in its mountain resorts, about 4% in sun resorts, and 5% for the Exclusive Collection, the brand’s luxury range.
Expansion plans include a second ski resort in Italy, scheduled for 2028, and a second ski resort in Canada, also set for 2028.
Club Med South Africa Beach & Safari will open in July, followed by Club Med Borneo, in November.
It plans to develop a third resort in Indonesia and has renovated its flagship Club Med Punta Cana Resort in the Caribbean.
The company said recent booking patterns for 2026 confirm a “sustained positive trajectory, underpinned by robust demand for all-inclusive stays”.
A four-part documentary about Club Med, called Dream Makers - Creators of Happiness, is now available to watch on Prime Video UK. It is in French, with English subtitles and dubbing, and will be available on Youtube.
