New board created at CWT after financial restructure

A new board of directors has been drafted in at the parent company of business travel firm CWT after a financial restructuring of the company in November.

The new board at CWT Travel Holdings includes travel, hospitality, technology and commercial expertise.

Former InterContinental Hotels Group board member Jim Abrahamson has been named as chair and is joined by CWT chief executive Michelle McKinney Frymire plus newcomers Alan Bowers, Ellen Keszler, Tom O’Toole, Donna Wells and Theresa Wise.

Bowers is a former non-executive director at La Quinta Holdings.

Keszler is a non-executive director on the boards of global travel data and media services company Sojern and the travel data analytics and communications business Shep.

O’Toole is a previous chief marketing officer at Hyatt.

Wells previously led US marketing and the B2B affiliate business for Expedia.

Wise is a former chief information officer and senior vice president at Delta Air Lines and Northwest Airlines.
