Cox & Kings adds Scandinavia to its portfolio

Cox & Kings has introduced Scandinavia to its programme.

The tour operator has launched four bespoke tours through Norway, Sweden and Denmark to cater for demand for immersive trips combining the region’s history, landscapes and cities.

Cox & Kings, part of the A&K Travel Group, has already added ten tours and tailormade destinations in the past year, including the chance to explore Europe by rail from the UK following feedback from customers.

The new Scandinavia tours are:  a 17-night The Heart of Scandinavia: Stockholm to Trondheim trip; a four-night Essential Norway: Cities & Fjords tour; a six-night Authentic Norway itinerary; anda seven-night Copenhagen, Gothenburg & Stockholm tour.

Essential Norway: Cities & Fjords, from £2,975, offers an introductory holiday to the destination, starting with a tour of the Scandinavian capital Oslo, followed by a trip on the Flåmsbana railway, a cruise on the Unesco-listed waters of the Naeroyfjord, the Voss Gondola, and finishing in Bergen.

The Copenhagen, Gothenburg & Stockholm tour, from £4,915, offers an introduction to Sweden and Denmark with visits to a variety of landmarks, a canal cruise, and a trip to Malmö also included.

Product director Charlotte Wells said: “The introduction of these new Scandinavian tours is a testament to our commitment to meeting the evolving needs and interests of our customers. We are excited to offer these carefully crafted itineraries that showcase the best of Norway, Sweden, and Denmark, providing travellers with unique and immersive experiences.”

In addition to these new tours, Cox & Kings offers tours across the Nordic region to destinations including Iceland, Finland and the Faroe Islands.
