Hebridean Princess awarded Visit Scotland Covid accreditation

Hebridean Island Cruises has been awarded ‘We’re Good to Go’ accreditation by Visit Scotland.

The accreditation is given to tourism businesses that have carried out a Covid-19 risk assessment to ensure they have measures in place to reopen safely.

Hebridean Island Cruises operates the 50-passenger Hebridean Princess, which is due to recommence operations on March 1, 2021 with a four-night Greenock to Greenock departure.

Ken Charleson, managing director, said: “Protecting the health, safety and welfare of our guests, crew and the remote communities which we visit is our number one priority and we have been working hard to adhere to government and public health guidance.

“We are delighted to have been awarded the ‘We’re Good to Go’ accreditation for when we resume operations in March of next year.”

Hebridean Princess’s first itinerary, Pearls of the Clyde, will visit Loch Fyne, Crarae Garden, Arran Distillery, Mount Stuart House, on the Isle of Bute, as well as Charles Rennie Mackintosh’s Hill House.
