Eurostar creates dedicated business travel booking platform

A dedicated booking platform for business travellers has been created by Eurostar.

The new portal has been designed with business travel in mind, offering organisations a “seamless start” with all bookings accessible in one place.

Free upgrades or tickets are unlocked for the next trip for every 15 bookings each company makes.

  • An upgrade to Standard Premier is offered after every 15 return trips in Standard class
  • An upgrade to Business Premier is offered after every 15 return trips in Standard Premier
  • A free Business Premier ticket is offered after 15 return trips are booked in Business Premier

Businesses can sign up for a single account using a company email address.

Once registered, account admins can book travel on their colleagues’ behalf or individual employees can manage their own bookings.

A single dashboard shows all bookings in one place, making it easy to track budgets or make changes to existing bookings, according to the high speed passenger rail service

Organisations signed up to the portal will also gain access to tailored content as well as exclusive promotional fares.

A total of 400 e-vouchers worth £25 are available to the first companies to sign up.

Travellers can also sign up to the Club Eurostar rewards scheme, allowing them to earn points from their business bookings which can be redeemed for planning personal trips or upgrades.
