Selected Disneyland Paris hotels to remain shut over winter

Disneyland Paris is to keep selected hotels shut over the winter.

The French theme park outlined the closures while confirming temporary adjustments to booking and cancellation policies following the UK imposing quarantine restrictions on travellers returning from the country.

Flexible booking is being offered, with the option of moving arrival dates if people can no longer travel due to the 14-day self-isolation requirement imposed at the weekend.

At the same time, Disneyland Paris announced the closure of Disney’s Hotel Cheyenne from September 30 until March 3 next year.

Disney’s Sequoia Lodge will reopen on May 1, 2021, while Disney’s Davy Crockett Ranch remains closed.

Disneyland Hotel will now reopen on December 8 instead of September 7 as previously planned.

Hotels on the site have been opening in phases following Covid-19 lockdown, starting with Disney’s Newport Bay Club and Disney’s Hotel Cheyenne in July and Disney’s Hotel Santa Fe on August 3.
