Not Just Travel’s Experienced Travel Agent Division has received more than 150 new applicants in its first five days.
The division is spearheaded by Cherie Richards, who joined the homeworking group last month from Global Travel Group.
It has two packages; offering travel agents a managed and a non-managed service.
Co-founder Paul Harrison said the new division “will be kept small and exclusive”.
He added: “We want to appeal to high-quality, entrepreneurial people who share our vision, values and work ethic.
“There is so much talent in our industry who are ‘just getting by’… not realising where their impressive skills can take them”.
Richards added: “It has been so refreshing in my first five weeks to be doing so much positive planning for the future, even during this crazy pandemic.”
