In addition, all of our holidays are individually tailor-made and as such, we can be very flexible in our choice of airline, getting the best hotel availability etc, and we anticipate this will increase as travel corridors are confirmed by the government.

Have Citalia and Sovereign adapted their product ranges?
Much of our product already catered for a more individual style of travel. We have, however, taken the opportunity to expand our range and give customers more options in terms of travel types such as self-drives to the Italian Lakes or train travel through Europe.
We have also looked at accommodation options and expanded our programme of luxury villas and contracted more socially distanced villas and rooms within resort hotels.

What happens if travellers need to change a booking with Citalia or Sovereign?
As part of the Book with Confidence initiative, we have introduced the following:
Free amendments – change your holiday up to three times with no amendment fee (any extra holiday costs incurred are payable)
Free cancellation – if Covid-19 has affected your trip, you can cancel your holiday up to three weeks before departure for free (excluding any non-refundable costs*)
