Jet2holidays has launched a three-step pledge to its customers to ensure that the return of its holiday programme is “safe and smooth”.
The UK’s second largest tour operator is promising customers a “welcome back warranty”, a “worry-free guarantee” and to be “with you all the way”.
A video, set to the UK’s second largest tour operator’s synonymous Jess Glynne soundtrack, the narrator acknowledges that “the world is a little different these days” and talks through new measures put in place at airports, on flights and in resort.
They include hand sanitiser at airports, screens at check-in desks, face masks at airports and on flights, the use of apps for check-in and boarding passes, social distancing measures in queues, boarding in small groups and cleaning of its aircraft.
“We are doing everything we can to bring you the same VIP service every step of the way,” the narrator added. “We’ll just be smiling behind our masks for now.”
In a post on its website accompanying the video, the operator sad: “We’re really pleased to welcome you back onboard from July 15, 2020. Things may look and feel a little different these days, but we want to reassure you that you’re in safe hands when you go on holiday with us.
“Looking after you every step of the way is what we do best. That’s why we’ll bring you the same industry-leading customer service you know and love, with some extra measures to keep you safe and sound. After all, we’re in this together.”
