Atas has created an information hub to help agents stay up-to-date with health and safety measures from touring and adventure suppliers

APT has put together new health & safety measures for its tours once they resume including all staff taking industry recognised health & hygiene training, plus pre-travel screening.

Explore is to refund cancelled holidays where customers have to self-isolate as a result of Covid-19 and are unable to travel.

Exodus has unveiled a Book & Travel with Confidence policy enabling customers to have their balance for the land portion of their trip refunded if they need to cancel up to 42 beofre departure and a 21 day no fee flexibility guarantee enabling clients to transfer to a future departure for free up to 21 days before departure. They have also developed a 5 stage approval process which destinations will be required to pass before opening to Exodus travellers
