The aviation sector is reportedly expecting chaotic scenes with the introduction of controversial new quarantine rules on Monday.
The Telegraph reported that airlines and airports were sent a 23-page guidance document late on Friday afternoon with instructions on how to implement the new rules, including details of the online form which all passengers arriving in the UK must fill out 48 hours before travel.

The Home Office said the online form had been available from Thursday afternoon, but aviation bosses insisted it had been sent to them only on Friday.
Other sections in the guidance include notes about fines for passengers and airlines that fail to comply with the measures and scripts for onboard announcements and posters to appear at airports.
The new quarantine rules have faced significant opposition from the aviation, travel and hospitality sectors, business leaders and a growing number of MPs.
On Friday, British Airways owner IAG said it was considering a legal challenge to the measures, with rival Ryanair later saying it would support any action. The Telegraph reported that EasyJet is understood to also be backing the challenge, though the airline has not commented publicly.
Tim Alderslade, chief executive of Airlines UK, said: “The government needs to ask whether it wants any connectivity this summer. If it does then it must work to get travel corridors established as soon as possible. We need clarity within days rather than weeks.”
