EasyJet brings forward release of five million seats for 2021

EasyJet has brought forward the on sale date of selected 2021 flights.

The schedule now available covers departures from April 9 to May 4 with fares leading in at £14.99 one-way.

More than five million seats are available on at least 28,000 flights.

The budget airline has waived the fee associated with changing existing flight bookings.

Customers can now change the dates of their upcoming flights to any time up to May 4 next year.

The change fee waiver applies to both existing and new bookings until further notice, according to the carrier.

The new flight availability follows tour operation arm easyJet Holidays launching programmes for winter 2020-21 and summer 2021 earlier this month to enable bookings until October next year.

UK country manager Ali Gayward said: “We know many people’s summer holiday plans have been disrupted this year and so we’ve taken the decision to put the start of summer 2021 on sale early so our customers can either book a new break or, if they are rearranging their travel plans, have even more dates and destinations to choose from.

“By booking early customers will not only get the best value on hundreds of destinations across our network.”
