EasyJet Holidays has appointed two new directors to its board.

Paul Ablin, easyJet’s current group finance director, will join the holidays business as chief operating officer in September. He will be responsible for the delivery of the corporate strategy and will lead IT delivery, market expansion and distribution.

Before joining easyJet, where he has worked for nine years, Ablin held roles at SABMiller plc, KPMG, Linklaters, M&S and E&Y.

Matt Callaghan, currently easyJet’s head of group risk and assurance with responsibility for internal audit, risk management and business resilience, will be the new customer director for easyJet holidays.

Callaghan previously held customer service roles at British Airways, including heading up the company’s global operations centre in the UK.
