Is it not interesting the type of customers we are getting though the door. A decade ago it was how cheap you can get my family of 4 to Costa XXXX.  Now they come in 3 types

1. Those who know what they want, but not where or even sometimes when. Plus they prepared to pay a reasonable price for it.
2. I want quality, I want this and that and I do not have time to do it myself or I want to go to XXX and what do you recommend
3. Lastly it is I booked it myself before and it all went wrong so now I will use an agent....which is normally followed by "well that's cheaper than I can find it"

The old cheap end of the market, the ones that created a lot of work for no money have basically disappeared (online is my guess)
