I've worked for Travel Weekly for the past four years. I've done everything from news desk reporting to deputy features editor. Now I'm community editor, which means I look after the the forums and photo galleries, as well as other areas of the paper.

  • Eurostar 15

    OK, I know I can't really enter our Eurostar competition celebrating it's 15th anniversary, but I thought I might join in the fun.

    There's more to come, but so far, here is the start of my list of my favourite things about Paris:

    1. Shopping - it is amazing. See no's 2, 3 and 4.
    2. http://www.colette.fr/ This shop is too lovely for words (and also too expensive)
    3. www.lebonmarche.com The Paris equivalent to Harvey Nics (hmm, suffering from champagne tastes on a lemonade income, never mind!)
    4. www.agatha.fr my favourite jewellery shop ever, and there's one in the UK too!
    5. Steak and frites - always available and always delicious.
    6. Cafe au lait - why is coffee always so much nicer when sipped in a street cafe in Paris?
