Agents from Thomas Cook celebrated the launch of the new in-flight menu created by celebrity chef James Martin with a cookery masterclass with the man himself. Top-selling agents from the travel firm spent Tuesday learning to cook some of the dishes on the menu designed by Martin, former Ready Steak Cook presenter and current face of BBC Saturday Kitchen.
