I Will not name company's as they are too many to mention. But we have had great service off of all Independent tour operators. Good information both for us and our Clients in resort.
The best policy is to book with a Tour Operator who wish service to be there hallmark.

I agree , plenty operators were very helpful, some not so. ! However I think Kuoni, are the first to come out with a written clear policy for future bookings. Some operators are fudging it. ! This clear concise message from Kuoni really helps give the clients confidence to book. !! And I think its the confidence some clients are missing. !
