Having just completed a rather difficult enquiry over the telephone with Travel 2 to no real avail, instead of feeling exasperated I feel really rather happy!

The gentleman I spoke to was helpful, chatty and made the whole thing rather pleasant. I will definately be puttingmore business his way!

Do your experiences booking effect the tour operators you use?

Well, they are good but v expensive.
For tickets on published fares they charge £40 admin in economy and £70 in business / first.

That's overall cutting into your profits and just maybe making/breaking the deal?

Good Service does make you want to use and Tour Op. It is nice to see Travel 2 delivering that again. It was a shame to see it go down hill for a while, but good service and good rates ( IT rates are great) really help as well.
