I am planning a trip for a large group of people (12-15). It will include both flights & hotels
Can you please let me know the process of payment? Can we pay individually or someone needs to pay on behalf of everyone?
Can we pay 50% upfront & 50% later?

Hi Nick,
It really does depend who you book through and when you are departing. If you were booking at my agency we would require a deposit per person and the balance 12 weeks before departure. You can pay as individuals if you speak to your agent and ask them to break down the costing. If you are making the booking on behalf of everyone else the final liability will lie with you, so if somebody doesnt pay you may have to pay for them.
I would advise you to run through this with your travel agent as it may vary company to company.
I think no one will agree for later. As far as I know.. they will get money across the table on the spot and give out the tickets. But as Dave said..it depends from travel agents. While traveling in groups..you can ask for deals rather than part payment.
