Today we received an availability list from Marlin Apartments showing empty spaces for short term rental. Having enquired their rates, we have been sent contract rates exc VAT but commissionable at 10% ok!. However having checked their website and make some tests on availability, almost always, we have seen rates cheaper than the rates we have been given. It is baffling why they think travel agents are idiots! and they never make their own research! If you are already working with them, share your experiences with me. Maybe they are looking for extra Travel Trade business but this is not the way to do it!

I never been to london. so i have no idea about Marlin Apartments.
great location, secured entrance, great apartments, 9 minute walk away from the canary wharf underground station, very close to Thames, a nice easy stroll away from Asda.. I think I had the best time at Marlin and the same would be the opinion of atleast 10 of our coulleagues who stayed @ Marlin.

Hi I used these apartments twice in Dec 11 for overnight business stays in London. Whilst the check-in process is a bit amateur the apartments themselves were a revelation. Comfortable clean beds, great living room & kitchen - one even had a balcony. menorca villas
