Hi everyone

I'm a newby so sorry if i've posted this in the wrong place!

I just wondered if anyone had any ideas on the best way to book European Rail? We are a small Corporate agency and need to book ad hoc ER. We've previously used Rail Europe & Ultima but find their prices insance. DB is much cheaper but we dont meet their sales volumes criteria in order to set an account up with them direct.

I'd be grateful for any advice.

Thanks

Hi Jake,

I had the same situation at my last company, and ended up finding another travel company. I then spoke to one of their sales guys, and set up an account with them, so I book the tickets at cost plus a small negotiated fee. I'm afraid to say that was a couple of years ago now and I can't remember which company I used!

Rail Passes allow you unlimited travel across Europe. Visit 1 to 30 European countries with maximum flexibility ! Save a lot of money with Rail Passes (compared to point to point train tickets) if you travel more than twice by train in Europe.

1. Where (will you travel)?
Each Rail Pass allows you to travel across Europe from 1 to 30 countries with different Formulas and time validity. To make sure we will offer you the most efficient Rail Pass to plan your journey, we first need to know which countries you want to travel to.

2. How long (is your trip)?
Rail Pass Formulas also depend on the whole duration of your travel in Europe. Give us the number of days you plan to use your Pass or being onboard the train in each country you will select.

3. Who (will travel)?
Discounted Rail Passes are often available for youths, seniors and parties travelling together in groups of two or more. So make sure you have not forgotten anyone!
