First post, hello!
I am looking for others who have recently discovered, as we have, that Easyjet are making changes and giving access to our bookings to customers who ring them directly. To the point where we are being 'locked' out of bookings have they have changed all the details of the reservation e.g. email address etc to the customers.
Very annoyed as a) how does this fit in with DP laws b) we use our own card to book with easyjet NOT the customers and c) Easyjet charging us a per sector fee for the privilege.
Anyone else?
blimey, I am unaware of this happening at Hays Travel but I will check on my return to work, it is a bit worrying! We do tens of thousands of b2b bookings with Easyjet...
