I don't know about anyone else, but I think I spent the whole of January on hold !!. I can recite word for word the hold songs for most tour operators. !! Can they please change the music if they can't answer the phones. !!!!

OMG, it has to be Thomson with that repetitiveness of Fat Boy Slim's - Praise You, dreadful - although I love the reaction of my colleagues faces when they hear it - they rol back in their chairs and yell - oh no, not this again!! and of course you get about 10 minutes plus of that! well 30 seconds of it before it repeats.....
