Some travel businesses are still unsure about what constitutes an air package it seems. The CAA has warned more than 100 travel businesses that they could be selling packages without an ATOL; those that are will face prosecution. It seems to me this continuing confusion may put off agents who are thinking about dynamically packaging. What are agents views?
