Good to see BA has such an egalitarian approach to customer services. According to reports the airline bumped Labroke’s ceo’s14 year old daughter and a chum off a flight – despite the company’s annual £2 million expenditure with the airline. As a result, the bookmaker is taking its business elsewhere.
