Hey guys.. We were one of the unlucky ones to have our holiday cancelled due to allbury going into administration, and now 3 nearly 4 months on we are yet to receive our refund through the CAA. We have hit a brick wall with atol and I am now pulling my hair out. I have been lied to so many times by so many different people that I don't know if im coming or going anymore. We now cannot get a refund until the director of the adminstrators sends paperwork to the CAA, which is like finding a needle in a haystack, I dont know where else to make a complaint to speed up this process, because until this director sends the paperwork in i am still down a lot of money on a holiday i havent even been on, unaware for months that my broker hadnt even done half their job was enough to annoy me, but this is the final straw.... i have spoken to the administrators, my broker, atol and the claims company dealing with the matter and no-one can help, all they say is without the invoice that should of been sent to us and the broker (which it never was btw) all we can do is wait. Any help would be most appreciated or advice as to how we can speed this process up there must be a governing board or something for the administrators to get this sort of thing dealt with first?? I just hope someone can help.
