No one wants to take responsibility, they pass you round from department to department and then after they have dealt with you they  give you another number so you don't disturb that department again.

All i am trying to do is make a booking in the region of £5k.

1 hour i spent on the phone to them this morning, £8.69 that cost, this is without putting into the cost of the sales and enquiries i should have been dealing with for that hour.

I have just come off the phone 30 minutes another £4.00 and i still have been unable to make a booking, i'm sorry to the poor girl i had a rant at, but clearly i am very frustrated.

My question is - are they there to sell holidays or is it more profitable to make money out of people on the premium rate lines?
