MTS has approximately 400 employees in the UK, with many more throughout Europe and across the world. We are based in two locations in the UK:
Horley (Surrey) - which is near Gatwick Airport and easily accessible by road, rail or air.
Brighton (Sussex) - also easily accessible and with the added benefit of being by the coast.

Life as an MTS Premium Travel Consultant
Our Premium Travel Consultants work in a vibrant call centre environment and are the first point of call for the travel & leisure requests of our Premium Card members.
In this dynamic role, you’ll play an essential part in our customers’ travel experience by providing them with advice and recommendations, as well as creating and managing itineraries to a wide range of destinations. In order to make your mark here you will ideally have a strong knowledge of the travel industry, travel geography and destinations around the world, as well as the desire to succeed at American Express.
You’ll need to be IT literate and a skilled communicator, who’s good at solving problems, gathering information, setting priorities and managing deadlines. Above all you’ll need the desire and commitment to provide the highest level of customer service.
