Worldwide Reservations Consultant

Working as a Worldwide Reservations Consultant in the Worldwide Reservations Department, you will be liaising directly with customers over the telephone and searching for competitive quoted using Viewdata and various Tour Operator and airline web sites. Your strong rapport, building skills will enable you to build a relationship with the customer, ensuring the call results in a booking. You will also be responsible for following up on leads that have previously been generated, Converting the enquires in to bookings using your travel knowledge and sales skills. You will ideally have experience of tailor making dynamically packaged holidays for the customer to include all the holiday elements, and will have an excellent full worldwide knowledge. For this Worldwide Reservations Consultant role you will be target driven with the ability to work well under pressure. You will have a background in travel which will result in you having a good level of destination knowledge. Experience of using viewdata is required, ideally use of CRS Travel Systems. This role is very depending and therefore has shift patterns where in the Reservations department you will work on a rota basis working 3 weekdays and 1 weekend day everyweek.
