Are you money hungry? Do you love selling tailor-made holidays. A luxury online tour operator specialising in tailor made itineraries is looking for an experienced consultant to join their growing team, you will be using your skills and knowledge to serve this high class clientele. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years travel experience, good CRS knowledge and worked within a target environment before. As a Luxury Consultant you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities: * Booking all aspects of travel including flight only, package holidays, tailor-made, etc... * Up-selling and adding on of ancillary products including car hire, insurance, airport parking, etc... * Dealing with the public over the phone * Processing efficiently all reservations * Ensure all bookings are dealt with accurately Sales Consultant Skills Required: * A good overall knowledge of the travel industry * Experience in working to targets and commission * Knowledge of CRS * Good customer service skills * World-wide destination knowledge Retail Travel Consultant remuneration package: * OTE 35K+ * Excellent concessions and educationals For a fully confidential discussion on this job, please contact Nicola on 020 7923 6431.
