Do you have Reservations experience? This highly regarded travel company based in the West End is looking for an experienced USA Reservations Consultant to join their successful USA reservations team. My client is a fully bonded tour operator and airline consolidator offering tailor made holidays, discounted flights and independent travel arrangements to the USA, Canada, the Far East, Australia, New Zealand, the South Pacific, the Caribbean, Dubai and round the world. This position is working within the USA department.
Role of Reservations Consultant:
*Dealing with booking worldwide reservations for customers over the phone
*Specialising in holidays to the USA
*Dealing with reservations for brochure tours as well as designing and costing tailor-made itineraries for independent travel to the USA.
*Using a Reservations CRS system
*Providing destination advice to clients upon request to help them with their reservation
*Providing a high level of customer service
Necessary reservations experience:
*Experience of travel reservations
*Experience of tailor-made reservations
*Excellent knowledge of the USA gained by relevant travel experience
*A passion to deal with reservations for USA
*CRS Reservations system experience
*Excellent customer service experience
