This highly regarded travel company based in Surrey is looking for an experienced Reservations Consultant to join their successful reservations team. My client is a fully independent travel agency that have been established since 1957. The business has been developed based upon a reputation for professional, personal service and reliability. They have both a business and leisure travel department and specialise in worldwide luxury upmarket holidays.
Role of Reservations Consultant:
*Dealing with booking worldwide reservations for customers over the phone
*Dealing with up market clients and come VIP clients
*Lising with agents and airlines
*Using a Reservations CRS system (preferably Galileo)
*Providing destination advice to clients upon request to help them with their reservation
*Providing a high level of customer service
Necessary reservations experience:
*Experience of travel reservations
*Experience of tailor-made reservations and dealing with luxury products
*Worldwide product knowledge
*CRS Reservations system experience
*Excellent customer service experience
