Flight Coordinator


Amadeus ticketing consultant required for this adventure tour operator based in south London. The company offer a friendly yet professional working environment in luxurious buildings close to public transport links or with free parking.

They are looking for an Amadeus Ticketing consultant who is also a BSP clerk and whom is fluent on all ticketing duties using Amadeus. These include:
*All aspects of BSP including BSPLINK for all sector companies
*BSP reporting on a weekly basis for all sector companies
*Processing and disputing of all ADM'S for each company
*Communicating to all sector companies when ACM's are received for the relevant business
*Processing Refunds through CRS or on BSPLINK for all sector companies.
*Communicating BSP Newsflashes to all sector companies.
*Investigating ADM'S and ticketing incidents for all sector companies
*Investigating all BSP queries for all sector companies and replying with a detailed answer.
*Report any Ticketing mistakes or repeated incidents to the Flights Manager
*Claiming money back from airlines where we have overpaid the airline at the point of ticketing.
*Maintain all files for each sector business separately so access to any records are easy obtainable
*Maintain an understanding of all relevant airline fares contracts
*Complete/ create spreadsheets
*Responding to e-mails queries
*Liaise with IATA
*All aspects of Ticketing for all companies in the sector
*Update sources of information relating to Ticketing
*Arrange a res number and invoice for Peregrine/ Imtrav
*Monitor the specific queue for the specific sector company assigned to for that day.
*Receive ticket requests from each sector company and issue the ticket according to the group's contract conditions stated
*Ticketing agent will Liaise with airlines and different sector companies over re-issue of tickets.
*Lime Management ticketing
*Produce and dispatch invoices for Peregrine (non-IATA) on a weekly basis.
*Attempt to find cost saving opportunities available through switching fares at time of ticketing
*Maintain an understanding of all relevant airline fares contracts
