Ticketing and Admin consultant needed for leading independent tour operator specialising in Northern Cyprus!! Our client a specialist tour operator requires an individual to work in their very busy ticketing despatch department. This role requires someone who has used a major CRS to issue worldwide air tickets. You will need to be multi tasked and has good organisation skills. You will liaise with various departments of the company, handle ticketing enquiries, issue hotel vouchers & travel itineraries & dispatch all documentation to the clients. Also for this administration role your daily tasks will include, liaising with handling agents to ensure regular updates are received for hotel availability, special offers, and pricing. Within the admin department the management will require the successful candidate to type final versions of letters, emails, faxes, and completing forms as required by management & sending. This means that it is essential that candidates are fully competent in a major CRS, our client uses Sabre CRS, but will cross train. You must have experience using a CRS within ticketing for a tour operator or airline for this position. We will only consider candidates from a travel industry background.
