Technical Operations Consultant (Resourcelink) Peterborough £20K-30K Our client is now looking for a Technical Operations Consultant to provide effective and timely solutions throughout the Implementation and Support lifecycle through liaison with clients and use of technical expertise. You will need to achieve the organisation's objectives and continuously improve its performance. Some on site consultancy maybe required and involvement in project work within the department. You should understand UK and Eire payroll procedures in relation to client processing arrangements in year and at tax year end; and the impact specific issues may have. You will have to demonstrate ability to calculate an employee's tax and National Insurance (PRSI) contributions and can describe the tax year end process and the legislative documents used. The resolution of time critical problems to ensure Service Level Agreement is maintained. To be successful for this position you will have previous experience within a similar role and a track record in help desk duties and customer management.
