This expanding travel company in West Sussex are looking for a Sales Team Manager to join their fun and busy sales team. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary plus excellent commission.
Travel Sales Team Manager:
Manage, develop and motivate a team of Travel Sales Consultants.
Undertake performance development reviews including call listening and training.
Collate call centre reports for the Call Centre Manager.
Travel Sales Team Manager Skills Required:
Proven experience in a sales role within the travel industry for a tour operator or online travel company
Supervisory experience
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Hours of work are based on a shift rota and include one week day and one weekend day off a week.
