Sales Supervisor Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of Travel Consultants
Identify and address any staff or performance issues
Set daily sales targets
Sales Supervisor Skills Required:
Proven track record of managing a targeted sales team
Self motivated with the ability to create a sales buzz on the operational floor
Knowledge of Florida as a personal holiday destination or as a selling experience
