Reservations Consultant - Essex My client is a leading Tour Operator specialising in holidays to the Middle East. Offering flexible holidays from packages, to tailor made itineraries, multi centres, dive packages and cruises, they are looking for a Reservations Consultant to join their team. If you can recommend and sell with enthusiasm this could be the job for you! Reservations Consultant tasks and responsibilities: - Recommending and selling holidays to direct customers and travel agents over the telephone - Working to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets - Processing bookings onto in house systems - Dealing with general customer enquiries - Advising customers on passport, visa and health requirements for chosen destinations Reservations Consultant remuneration package: - Basic salary up to £15.5k depending on experience - Bonus and commission scheme - 20 days paid holiday - After qualifying period entitled to travel discounts and educationals Reservations Consultant skill attributes: - You must have experience in Reservations for a tour operator or as a Travel Agent - Ability to close the sale and meet targets - Knowledge of Egypt through personal travel or selling preferred - Excellent telephone manner - Exceptional customer service skills - Team player - Ability to work on own initiative For a fully confidential discussion on this Reservations Consultant job, please contact Nicola on 020 7923 6431.
